WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Because the sneakers are personalized and made to order, it is not possible to return them. If there is a problem with your order please click here to discuss the possibilities. The stencils can be returned only when unused. Shipping costs back to me are for the buyer. After I have received the stencil, I will refund the money.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY CUSTOM SNEAKERS TO ARRIVE?
1-3 weeks on average
I try to finish each pair of customs as soon as possible. However, I want to pay attention to detail and take the time to make sure your customs will be perfect before I ship them. Depending on the number of orders, it could take a little longer. If the time needed will exceed the average time of 1-3 weeks, I will notify you!
CAN I WEAR MY CUSTOMS IN THE RAIN?
Absolutely! All customs are made using Angelus products only. The finisher put on every custom is scratch- and waterproof, so you don't have to worry about additional care.
To clean your sneakers, use soapy warm water and a rag! Easy as pie.
CAN I COME UP WITH MY OWN DESIGN?
I love to make customs inspired by you! We will chat so I can get a good idea of what you want the sneakers to look like, using references (Pinterest, your own sketch, etc.). I will keep in touch with you during the process to ensure you are happy with the result!
DO I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT TAXES?
Additional to the cost of your product and shipping, there might be import taxes that you will have to pay once te item arrives in your country. I am NOT responsibe for paying the income tax. (I think it's about 14 euros max.)
